Exchange window
Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn and returned with its original pouch, tags and packaging.
Items not eligible
For hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, earrings worn or tried on, customised pieces, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or incorrect item
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
